I have to say, from the get go, I found Khichis to be exceptionally impressive. I was initially concerned given you never know who you are dealing with when purchasing online, however, Khichis support, customer service, and designers were more than I could have asked for. I contacted Khichis via email regarding, delivery and product imagery prior to placing my order at around 11:00pm Vic time on 13th April, they not only responded immediately and gave me peace of mind, as both delivery and qualify/imagery was extremely important to me, but they also processed and delivered my product prior to 11:00am 14th April (Good Friday) and provided tracking details. I was told I should receive my product by 19th April, (this was Easter weekend), and DID! I am impressed! I received my product in ample time and am happy with both the quality of my wallet and image!!!

Cleared it up within the next 30 min and the product was mailed out the next morning. I brought the lifesaver for my mum. the wallet is Good quality with loads of room. the initials and personal wrighting looks great. the only thing that I am disappointed with was the photo on the front is off center by quite a bit and although it is beautiful it bothers my OCD and just looks a little out of place. I have purchased a man's smart cut wallet for my father that was completely perfect with every thing positioned perfectly, so I might have just been a little unlucky with this one.
I hope it doesn't bother my mum when I give it to her. I would hate for her to not love her present.
